This letter is an invitation to consider participating in a study we are conducting as part of our project in Accounting Information System. We are 4th year Accountancy students of San Beda College, under the supervision of our Professor, Mr. Marvin Galang. This study will focus on the processes and internal controls whose ongoing purpose is to provide effective internal operations. We would like to include your organization to be involved in our study. We believe that because you are actively involved in the management and operation of the treasury department, you are best suited to speak about various matters associated to the processes involved in your department Participation in this study is voluntary. It will involve an interview of approximately 15 20 minutes in length to take place in a mutually agreed upon location. You may decline to answer any of the interview questions if you so wish. Further, you may decide to withdraw from this study at any time without any negative consequences by advising the researcher. With your permission, the interview will be audio recorded to facilitate collection of information, and later transcribed for analysis. All information you provide is considered completely confidential. Your name will not appear in any thesis or report resulting from this study. However, with your permission anonymous quotations may be used.
