SYNOPSIS
SWITCHING AND ROUTING introduces students to the equipment applications and protocols installed in enterprise networks with a focus on switched networks and IP network addressing. It also introduces advanced routing protocols such as Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP) and Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) Protocol. This course will provide with hands-on activities which include configuration, installation and troubleshooting network.

Upon completion of this course, students should be able to: 1. Explain network switching and routing concepts in the enterprise 2. Configure a switch with VLANs and inter-switch communication and routing protocols on Devices. 3. Implement a LAN and WAN for an approved network design. 4.
