The application has been reviewed and it has been determined that the construction and improvements will not be in the 100 year floodplain and the permittee may therefore proceed with the work without inspection by the City of Luling Floodplain Administrator. A Notice of Permit has been issued with this certificate which should be posted in a location where it will be protected from weather and secure from vandalism, and will remain posted until the work is complete.
