She involves herself in identifying key growth areas and thereby creating expansion model to further streamline the residential services as offered to our clients. She is also responsible for managing important client and Developer relationships with focus on enhancing service delivery levels across India.

Shveta in all possesses 19 years of Real Estate experience. Prior to Savills, Shveta has worked with Cushman & Wakefield in various roles and was last heading the Residential Business for India. As one of the initial members of Cushman & Wakefield she has been instrumental in developing and establishing a successful residential business line in India.

Her role began with setting up the Delhi residential business wherein she was responsible for creating and developing various business processes and spearheading diverse Corporate and individual relationships. She gained in-depth knowledge of the Delhi real estate market and was successful in closing some large transactions. In addition to this, Shveta has also been instrumental in defining and implementing some successful disposition/acquisition strategies for high net worth individuals and Corporates.

Shveta’s role expanded with the restructuring of the business line, transcending into a National role to include operations, business development and customer satisfaction. Known for her commitment to clients and building lasting relationships, Shveta has engaged deeply with several domestic and multinational corporations for challenging real estate requirements and come to master the dynamics of corporate real estate solutions.

Shveta completed her Graduation in Sciences from Delhi University, after which she pursued her Masters in Russian Literature from Moscow State University and Delhi University.
