Commercial
Our range of knowledge extends across the whole property spectrum. From the valuation and letting of offices, shops and industrial premises, rent reviews and lease renewals, to the sale and acquisition of commercial investments, residential sites and advising on planning matters. The team is headed by Savills Director Tony Rowbotham MRICS and includes five Chartered Surveyors each with specialist skills, one of whom leads our in-house building surveying department. Our professionals have experience varying from working with multi-nationals requiring warehousing to global organisations whose brief may be to build a new office block from conception to handover. They are supported by an experienced administration team who also know the islands and customers well.
Residential Sales
We have dedicated sales teams for Open Market and Local Market sales. The residential sales team is headed up by Keith Enevoldsen who leads a successful team of experienced and enthusiastic sales consultants. Keith also manages the agricultural, horticultural and land sales departments. Our Open Market team is headed by Savills Director Richard Fox who has decades of dedicated Open Market contacts and experience. Our clients have full access to the worldwide Savills teams giving unrivalled market access for our vendors and clients. Residential Lettings and Property Management
We have a dedicated residential letting and property management team for open market and local market residential lettings .The team is headed by Savills Director Gill Mooney who has over thirty years of experience of the residential lettings industry. The team has full access to the worldwide Savills teams providing access to corporate tenants throughout the world looking to move to Guernsey. The Residential Lettings team work closely with their sales colleagues to provide market advice to investor landlords as well as local home owners looking to rent their homes for shorter periods of time.
