Project Consultancy Limited provides a wide range of services to our clients from the public and private sectors of various industries.

Taking Hong Kong as a geographical platform, we provide services to others in the Asia Pacific region including Macau, mainland China and Singapore. We have a multi-disciplinary professional team comprising architects, building surveyors, building services engineers and interior designers.

These professionals are supported by our site staff and in-house CAD draftsmen.

  • Completed projects covering a total of 3 million sq ft with a total value of some HK$500 million

Savills expertise in project management includes projects such as fit-out work, new build and various types of renovation work and surveys. Our diverse client base is broad and far-reaching, consisting of both public organisations and private investors, and as well as multiple ownership properties. Savills Project Management team is headed by Wayne Chan, who leads the team to deliver a consistent quality service line across Hong Kong, Macau and other Asian countries.
