Climate

At Savills UK we are advocates for responsible, sustainable real estate. We recognise the need for urgent action to transition to a greener, safer and more resilient economy and we are committed to the delivery of sustainable building solutions that help to address the climate crisis.

Savills PLC is committed to achieving net zero for its operations (Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions(GHG)) in 2030 and for its value chain (Scope 3) GHG emissions by 2040. Savills is currently working to verify interim decarbonisation targets with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) as part of this, Savills would be recognised by the Race to Zero and Business Ambition for 1.5°C campaigns.

Our consultancy team, Savills Earth, brings together energy and sustainability experts to offer bespoke consultancy advice to our clients. We promote thought leadership and launched real estate’s first sustainability graduate programme in the UK, encouraging fresh perspective on a constantly evolving topic. Whilst each of our client’s assets and aspirations differ, we aim to support each of them and the wider industry to grasp the challenges ahead and implement proactive strategies in response.
