Steven joined Savills within the UK and European Commercial Research department in January 2002 and has over 25 years' of experience in commercial property research. He is responsible for Savills' UK research and consultancy for office-related real estate, with a specialism in identifying and analysing the emerging global sectors that drives occupier demand today and in the future.

His experience includes work on a wide variety of research consultancy projects, in all commercial property sectors, for investors, developers, owners and occupiers.

On a global basis, Steven has a focus on the life science sector as well as leading the research on innovation, technology and key global trends that affect the occupation, investment and use of offices.
