Savills makes it 14 years at the top as it remains property's Times Graduate Employer of Choice

International real estate advisor Savills has retained its position as The Times Graduate Employer of Choice for Property for the fourteenth consecutive year, a position the firm has secured since the category’s inception in 2007. The firm also re-entered the Top 100 Graduate Employers list, placing 85th, the only property company to be ranked.

The awards, which were held via YouTube and presented by Martin Birchall from High Fliers, reflect feedback from on-campus interviews with over 19,000 final year students. Savills held its number one ranking as The Times Graduate Employer of Choice for Property ahead of competitors including CBRE and JLL.

James Sparrow, CEO of Savills UK and EMEA, comments: “The Times Graduate Employer of Choice for Property is a prestigious and highly valued award, which will continue to help us attract the very best talent to the business. It is testament to the hard work and dedication of the team who have helped to create a best in class graduate programme, that we have retained the top spot yet again for the fourteenth consecutive year.”

Naomi Chandler, associate director in the graduate team at Savills, adds: “The team has made sure that the Savills programme offers graduates a solid foundation to support them throughout their career by offering an unrivalled insight into the property industry. Developing and retaining talent is one of our key priorities and this award recognises the firm’s commitment to its people.”
