Prime London Index

Savills prime London index dates back to 1979 and is designed to reflect the price movements of prime property. The index covers both capital and rental values and gross yields for prime central London.

The index is published on a quarterly basis, and is available to external parties via subscription with a cost attached. Please get in touch to discuss your bespoke requirements.

Development Land Index

Savills Development Land Index tracks UK greenfield and urban development land value movements at a regional level. Long running and widely recognised within the industry, the national Greenfield Development Land Index dates back to 1979.

A separate London index covers residential, hotel and office development land values. The index is published on a quarterly basis, and is available to external parties via subscription.
