Insurance: In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Provision of Services Regulations 2009, our professional indemnity insurance is arranged by Windsor Partners Limited of 71 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 4BS. The policies comply with the requirements of the RICS and the FCA and the territorial and jurisdictional cover is worldwide, subject always to the full terms and conditions of the policy.
Regulation: We are members of the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). For residential lettings we are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).
Complaints: We operate a formal procedure to deal with complaints from clients and others. Details of this procedure are available from the Customer Relations Officer at [email protected] We are also members of the Property Redress Scheme, which provides for the resolution of consumer complaints relating to Residential Sales, Residential Lettings or Property Management that are not satisfactorily resolved between the parties. The Property Redress Scheme website is: www.theprs.co.uk/.

The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) is available for complaints relating to other services. The CEDR website is www.cedr.com/consumer/rics/. For unresolved business to business complaints there are provisions for matters to be referred to mediation or arbitration as appropriate.
