New build development of 250 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments within the city centre and close to the banks of the floating harbour. A prime mixed use development in an ideal location. Offering contemporary specification, internal landscaped gardens and parking to 2 & 3 bedroom apartments.

What we did
Savills worked alongside our client offering consultancy advice on the design of the apartments and specifications prior to marketing. Savills produced a highly successful sales strategy with an initial off plan pop up launch followed by a full sales launch from the marketing suite allowing 2 events both of which produced strong sales numbers. The development exceeded all expectations and produced the highest sales rates in the city at the time. Development was sold out at the point of practical completion which was ahead of the clients expectations and budget.

Challenges overcome
Launched for sale in the summer ahead of the pandemic the marketing suite was closed during the first lockdown. The Savills sales team continued to sell the development off plan from home and achieved 12 reservations in the first month of lockdown despite the in ability to conduct viewings. Buyer confidence remained high enabling us to sell out ahead of PC and maximise the profit to our client.
