Debris cleanup continued Monday at Seabright State Beach from the Dec. 23 collapse of the end of the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf. Local beaches were inundated with a massive accumulation of pilings, lumber and a myriad of other materials. Seabright was especially hard hit.
