CBPR and PRP Certifications
Effective as of January 1, 2023
SFDC and the SFDC Group have obtained both APEC Cross-Border Privacy Rules (“CBPR”) and Privacy Recognition for Processors (“PRP”) certifications and shall process personal data in accordance with each applicable Notice and the scope of its certification.
