QM reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

You may access, change, or correct information that you have provided by logging into your MyQM account at any time or by submitting a ticket request. We may need to verify your identity before granting access or otherwise changing or correcting your information.
Deactivating Your Account
If you wish to deactivate your account, you can submit a helpdesk ticket and QM can help with this process.
Promotional Communications
You can opt out of receiving promotional messages from QM Quality Matters by logging into your MyQM profile and selecting “NO, I don’t want to receive QM emails.” If you decide to opt out, we can still send you non-promotional communications, such as system messages and messages about your activity (i.e. Course Review, Professional Development, etc.) or our ongoing business relations.
How We Share Your Information

With Other Users of our Services with Whom You Interact: With other users of our Services with whom you interact through your own use of our Services. For example, we may share information through interactions within our systems while on a course review or enrolled in professional development.
With your Affiliated Institution(s)/Organization(s): With institutions/organizations and specifically QM Coordinators/Lead QM Coordinators. For example, we may share information through MyQM or CRMS activity reports including course reviews, program reviews, professional development and conference attendance.
Log Data: QM Websites employ use of Google Analytics in order to improve your experience using the Websites. Google’s Privacy Policy may be reviewed at http://www.google.com/privacy. When you visit the Websites, Google’s servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website as Log Data. This Log Data includes information such as your IP address, browser type or the domain from which you are visiting, the websites you visit, and the search terms you use. For most users accessing the Internet from an Internet service provider the IP address will be different every time you log on. We use Log Data to monitor the use of the Websites and of our Service, and for the Websites’ technical administration. We do not associate your IP address with any other personally identifiable information to identify you personally.
Law Enforcement: We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. Business Transfers: MarylandOnline, Inc. may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets licensed to QM, including your personally identifiable information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy. You will have the opportunity to opt out of any such transfer if the new entity’s planned processing of your information differs materially from that set forth in this Privacy Policy.
How Long We Retain Your Information
We generally retain your information as long as reasonably necessary to provide you the Services or to comply with applicable law.
