Senior Chinese legislator meets with delegation from Venezuela

Zhang Qingwei, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress, met with a delegation of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) led by Nocolás Ernesto Maduro Guerra, vice-chairman of the PSUV, on Nov 15 in Beijing.

The two sides agreed to implement the important consensus reached by their heads of state, deepen inter-party exchanges, strengthen practical cooperation and jointly promote the in-depth development of a China-Venezuela all-weather strategic partnership.
