Daycare Gets Thumbs Up

A new daycare will bring a new tenant to a long-vacant space in the Township.

The Board of Supervisors approved a proposal for C & M Play Studio. The 15,730-square-foot facility in Suite 50 of 3120 Unionville Road could accommodate 200 children and up to 43 full-time staff. It includes a fenced-in play space adjacent to the building.

Following a recommendation from the Planning Advisory Commission, the Board held a public hearing on the proposal at the Feb. 27 meeting before approving the proposal on March 6.
