Fujian Coast Guard conducts routine law enforcement patrols in waters near Kinmen

BEIJING, Mar. 26 -- The coast guard of east China's Fujian Province on Tuesday conducted routine law enforcement patrols in waters near Kinmen in accordance with the law, according to Zhu Anqing, spokesperson for the East China Sea Bureau of China Coast Guard (CCG).

Since this March, the Fujian Coast Guard has organized a fleet of vessels to continuously enhance law enforcement patrols in waters near Kinmen, in a bid to further strengthen the control of relevant waters, effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and safety of Chinese fishermen, including those from Taiwan region, and ensure the normal navigation and operation order in the Xiamen-Kinmen waters.
