New all-way stop at Regional Road 50 and Regional Road 51 in Gamebridge

Whitby, Ontario - In support of Durham Vision Zero and in collaboration with the Township of Brock, The Regional Municipality of Durham is adding a new all-way stop at the intersection of Regional Road 50 and Regional Road 51 in Gamebridge.

Where: At the intersection of Regional Road 50 and Regional Road 51 in Gamebridge.

When: The new all-way stop was recently installed.

Why: To improve road safety.

Note: The new all-way stop will require all drivers in each direction to stop their vehicle before entering the intersection and yield the right-of-way to the first vehicle or other road user to come to a complete stop. This enhancement will improve safety by providing a controlled crossing for all road users.
