Even before Democrats broke 24-hour fundraising records this week, former NASA Chief of Staff and aerospace businessman George Whitesides was already outraising vulnerable self-serving Republican Mike Garcia. Whitesides raked in over $1.46 million in the second quarter of 2024 - outraising Garcia for the third quarter in a row - and now boasts nearly $3.9 million in the bank with a $1.5 million cash-on-hand advantage over the GOP incumbent.

Santa Clarita, San Fernando Valley, and Antelope Valley families are fed up with Garcia putting his political career and personal interests ahead of theirs by consistently siding with MAGA Republicans over the needs of his constituents - from raising taxes on the middle class and voting to defund law enforcement to pushing for a national abortion ban.

George Whitesides, on the other hand, is ready to deliver real results for his community - and already has "positioned himself with the largest cash advantage of any candidate challenging an incumbent nationwide."
