08/04/2025 - Notification of a concentration concerning the acquisition of the share capital of Herport SAS by DP World Limited, via DP World Logistics FZE
The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration, according to Section 10 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law of 2014, concerning the proposed acquisition of the share capital of Herport SAS by DP World Limited, via DP World Logistics FZE.
DP World Logistics FZE is a company duly registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. DP World Logistics operates in the provision of integrated supply chain and logistics services and it is a wholly owned subsidiary of DP World Limited.
DP World Limited is a duly registered company under the laws the United Arab Emirates, and operates in marine terminal and port infrastructure operation/ support services and logistics services for goods or products worldwide.
Herport SAS is a duly registered company under the Laws of France that operates in international transport and handling services (logistics) of goods or products.
