Recipe Objective - How does the COUNTD function work in tableau?

The COUNTD function returns the total number of distinct items in a group.

It will count each value once and will not count NULL values.

Syntax of the COUNTD Function:

COUNTD(expression)

Example: COUNTD([Region])
