Eminence — Charlotte (Cowherd) Russo passed away Dec. 28, 2024. She attended Restoration Life Church in Eminence and formerly attended the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints of Shepherdsville. Charlotte was the daughter of the late William Earle and Gladys Kathleen (Stivers) Cowherd and is preceded in death by her sister, Judith Batts.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Thomas Russo; sons, Brad Frazier and William “Bill” Frazier; sisters, Linda Reeves, Kathy Benham and Billie Ellis; six and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held on Friday, Jan. 3, 2025 at Restoration Life Church with Pastor Michael Lutrell officiating. Following the funeral service, Charlotte was cremated and her ashes will be interred at New Castle Cemetery.
