There are two natural cream colored pearls approx. 9 x 7.5mm dangling below which may have been replacement pearls as they show no wear. 1 1/4" top to bottom including the wire 14k yellow SECURE gold snap in Lever back closure Gorgeous Handmade Metalwork mixture of 14k Gold and silver (see photo details) which has become a Lost Art!
