🧀 A deliciously easy and cheesy freezer-friendly snack, perfect for lunchboxes!

INGREDIENTS 
- 250 grams frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to remove moisture 
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 100 grams feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup finely grated cheese
- 1 egg, beaten

METHOD
1. Preheat your oven to 220°C, and line two trays with baking paper.
2. Chop up the thawed spinach and pat it dry between some paper towel. 
3. Brush minced garlic over each puff pastry sheet, then sprinkle over the spinach, crumbled feta cheese, and grated cheese over the sheets, leaving a small strip on one side without filling.
