Taco Stuffed Shells
1 Block cream cheese Salsa 1 Taco packet Mexican or Colby Jack shredded cheese 1 lb. Ground beef Jumbo Shells Brown ground beef, drain. Add taco seasoning and cream cheese until melted. Cook jumbo shells, set aside. Add salsa to bottom of baking dish so shells don't stick. Stuff shells with beef mixture. Place in baking dish and top with shredded cheese. Bake in oven until cheese is melted and is warm through. Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
