SWOLLEN WEFTS: caused by prolonged moisture. Can lead to the wefts expanding leading to hair being pulled up through the top of the weft making the wefts seemingly thinner.

How to prevent- avoid air drying / always dry the top of the wefts after showering!

LOOPS: caused by improper brushing + prolonged moisture. When the weft softens + expands, mixed with a bad brush/brushing - it causes the hair to be pulled out of the top of the wefts creating little loops of hair.

How to prevent- use the recommended brush by your stylist, avoid brushing/blow drying with your head upside down, place hand on top of wefts to prevent brushing too aggressively.
