Since 2019, I’ve been part of Pennsylvania’s growing hemp industry, which the 2018 Farm Bill made possible. However, recent state proposals, House Bill 2500 and Senate Bill 846, risk dismantling this thriving industry and handing control to large corporations under the guise of marijuana legalization.
