Here is how it works

Nojoom Members visit Johara al Mana branch.
Upon payment, member must inform staff that he/she is a Nojoom member.
Staff member will ask for the QR code or membership ID number to be entered in the system.
Members to receive the Nojoom Points within 14 days from the date of transaction. Receipts are accepted up to 30 days after the day of purchase.

How to Redeem

Nojoom members will visit the Ooredoo website or mobile app to make the redemption for Johara al Mana.
Members to visit Johara al Mana branch and a dedicated person on the floor will be available to validate the vouchers for Nojoom Members.
Once validated the member will be able to use the amount against his/her purchases.
