08.27.24  As of September 1, 2024, paper statements of allowances and deductions will no longer be issued to retirees who receive their monthly pension payment via direct deposit. Retirees may view and print their statements online for a period of 12 months prior to the most current statement through their MBOS account. Like a check stub, the online statement of allowances and deductions includes your monthly pension allowance and all of the amounts credited to and deducted from your pension. Our Retired Account Information Guide provides a step-by-step tutorial about how to access your statement.

MBOS Snapshot:

The Member Benefits Online System (MBOS) gives registered users internet access to pension and health benefit account information and online applications. Some options include:

  • Retrieving your Personal Benefits Statement
  • Designating a Beneficiary
  • Getting a Pension Loan
  • Applying for Withdrawal
  • Applying for Retirement
  • Retrieving your letters and statements

You may log on or register using the "Access my MBOS Account" section located at the top of every page.
