AIM is an Advanced Integrated Mentorship Program designed to assist students who have completed their foundation course or conceptually acquainted with the syllabus, to give their best attempt in the Civil Services Examination. The program emphasizes on Conceptual enhancement, Fortified & concise Note Making, Rigorous Answering writing and extensive prelims test solving. AIM also accentuates a students preparation through enhancement sessions for CSAT, Essay, Ethics and Current Affairs such that you'll not be just ready for prelims but also adequately prepared to crack Mains in the same attempt.

Advanced Integrated Mentorship (AIM) is a 15 months Intensive Process Oriented mentorship program to help students who have completed their foundation or syllabus to crack the Civil Services Examination.

AIM complements your Foundation Course by tackling the recurring challenges faced by students at this stage of preparation. We have carefully crafted tasks, tests as per the needs of the examination to ensure that students are able to overcome these challenges and reach their milestones.

The mentorship here is one-to-one and very intensive for 15 months. You can reach out to your mentors throughout the duration of the programme for every doubt related to your Assignment writing, Assessment tests, Prelims Tests series etc. Your mentors will also be taking various subjects strategy sessions, current affairs sessions, doubt clearance sessions.

Mentors in AIM are highly dedicated people and have been in the UPSC coaching industry for many years guiding aspirants. Their role is to monitor your daily progress and be your constant support throughout the duration of the programme.

Various subjects have been divided into smaller parts and based on that, you have been given the task of framing your Notes from the daily syllabus. This note-making exercise is an open book exercise and this is what is Assignment Writing.

These are weekly revision tests based on the syllabus that you have covered from Monday to Saturday. These will be properly evaluated by the core evaluation team. It will be on the pattern of Mains Test Series.

Apart from Current Affairs magazine, you will also get timely value addition material for every required subject for Mains as well as Prelims.

Yes there will be Current Affairs classes every weekend, there will be subject briefing class before the start of every subject, Assignment discussion class every day, Assessment test discussion class every week, etc.

You will get access to CAP and MAC classes taken by faculties. One to one meetings with faculties are not a part of AIM.

It is a specially curated test series on the lines of UPSC Prelims papers, where we conduct prelims tests on alternate days which includes current affairs and PYQs from various UPSC exams.

You will get full mentorship support for the next 2 stages of the exam. Also, Mains Advance Course and Mains Test Series will be provided for the Mains preparation.

Installments can be made as per the Organization’s policy.

No, separate books are not provided.

We have tried our level best to customize this programme keeping in mind all requirements of UPSC aspirants. We doubt there will be any further requirement of any customization here.

No, Optional subjects are not covered in AIM. This is one area that you have to cover outside AIM. But NEXT IAS provides coaching for 8 Optional subjects, you can always opt for them.

One-to-One meeting slots with the mentor are booked online through the AIM Portal. Also, the mentors can be reached via calls and texts.

The syllabus of most PCS exams these days is in sync with UPSC syllabus to some extent. AIM does not promise you PCS preparation, but the curriculum of AIM and your mentor’s guidance will definitely aid your PCS preparation too as the doubts, subjects, question pattern will be similar.
