BisB partners with Delmon Gate

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) has signed an agreement with Delmon Gate to offer attractive real estate financing options and exclusive benefits on the Bushra housing project located in Alsayah.

The deal allows customers access to exclusive offers tailored for the Bushra housing project located in Muharraq Governorate. Benefits include complimentary fire insurance coverage and free notary services.

Additionally, customers will enjoy a financing grace period of up to 3 months from the implementation date until the first installment. Fatema AlAlawi, Chief Retail Banking Officer at BisB, said: “This collaboration is a testament to our dedication to providing innovative and simplified products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers and empower them with a seamless financing journey.”

Delmon Gate CEO Abdullah Ali said, “This aims to help the bank’s clients who wish to own residential plots or high-end villas in the “Bushra” project in the Al Sayh area.

Ali pointed out that “the Bushra residential project includes 196 residential plots with different areas starting from 161.1 square metres, and more than half of the plan has been sold, in addition to the availability of approximately 30 villas in the same plan, which is considered one of the best residential plans in terms of its location.”
