MACOMB COUNTY, MI – Health officials have confirmed Michigan’s sixth case of measles in 2024.
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and the Macomb County Health Department said Friday that a child in Macomb County was diagnosed with the contagious disease on July 3.
