After a hectic few weeks of performing in Dubai and filming in Cyprus with Cork Films for a new drama, Peter Andre is ready for some downtime at home. The 51 year old singer, who's gearing up for school runs, cooking dinners, and changing nappies, has revealed his one wish - to put his phone aside and be more present. Speaking to OK!, the former I'm A Celeb star said: "As things have been so busy at work, it’s a welcome change of pace making the family dinners, doing the school runs, changing nappies… You name it, I’m on it – and I enjoy every minute.

Peter - who is dad to Junior, Princess, Amelia, Theo and Arabella - continued and admitted he needs to put his phone down more often: "I get to do so many wonderful things in my career but one of the things I’m learning when I’m at home is just to be present. I’m trying to put my phone down as much as possible and really switch off from distractions to give my family the attention they deserve."

Making the most of family time last week is clearly a priority for Peter, as just two week ago he and wife Emily had some Halloween fun with their children, Amelia and Theo, who are rarely seen on social media. The Aussie singer - who is also dad to Junior and Princess - and his doctor wife, 35, who are also parents to six month old Arabella, posted a joint Instagram post showing them getting into the spooky spirit with their two eldest children.

In the adorable post, the family got creative with some pumpkin carving - a first for Peter, much to Emily's surprise. The video kicked off with Emily telling the kids she'd already hollowed out the pumpkins ready for carving, complete with pumpkin teeth accessories. The foursome gathered in the kitchen for the festive fun, with the kids eager to start before showing off their "magic" at the end. The family had a laugh while cutting their shapes, even playing the Ghostbusters theme in the background.

They captioned the post: "Pumpkin fun, part 2! From the patch to the carving - whose turned out best?" Many couldn't help but poke fun at Peter's efforts as they revealed their pumpkin masterpieces." Peter and Emily rarely share glimpses into their family life, especially when it comes to their children. This approach follows a conscious choice they've made with Peter explaining why during a YouTube video back in 2021.
