The popular comedy panel game show 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown returns to Channel 4 with a new episode on Friday, 26 July 2024, at 9:00 pm. The episode features Sarah Millican and Tom Allen competing against Joe Wilkinson and Rosie Jones in a battle of wits and words.
Jimmy Carr hosts the show, which combines the comedic elements of 8 Out of 10 Cats with the quiz format of Countdown. Assisting the contestants are mathematician Rachel Riley, who handles the numbers and letters, and lexicographer Susie Dent, who occupies Dictionary Corner. Joining Susie in this episode is the eccentric Mr. Swallow.
