Credit cards are used based on the limit assigned to the client according to the agreement. With these cards, transactions can be executed within the agreed limit. Invoices for completed transactions are sent pursuant to the agreed contractual provisions. Debit cards can only be used on the basis of funds paid in advance. With these cards, transactions can be executed up to the level of available funds.
A registered holder appears in the Depositary's Shareholder Register. A registered holder is deemed to be owner of the certificate. A beneficial holder is defined as holder of receipts registered in the name of another person, e.g. in the name of a broker or a nominee holder.
Virtual LUKOIL Club card is a card integrated into "AZS-locator" mobile app, which functions in the same way as the plastic LUKOIL Club card and can be used at LUKOIL Stations for collection/spending of bonus points.

A bonus point is a standard unit of exchange, which accrues on your account (LUKOIL Club card) for purchases made at LUKOIL Stations and allows you to get discounts on later purchases (1 point = 1 ruble).
For every 50 rubles spent at LUKOIL Stations 1 point accrues on your card. Points can be collected from the moment of receiving your card, but in order to use the points registration is needed.

Distribution of dividends (declaration of dividend) is decided upon by the General Shareholders Meeting. This decision must specify the amount of dividends accrued on the shares, form of payment, and date as of which persons entitled to such dividends are defined. Please note that the decision in regard to the date as of which one defines the persons entitled to dividends shall be made solely as advised by the Company's Board.
The dividend amount must not exceed the dividend amount recommended by the Board of the Company.
For a card with a registration number, petrol station staff compares the card label with the vehicle licence plate. For a card with a name, petrol station staff compares the card data with information from buyer`s ID document. For a card with a legal entity name, the card bearer`s ID document is not to be checked.
Dividends are distributed to persons who/that have been holders of the Company's shares or persons exercising rights attributable to such shares under the federal laws at the end of the trading day on the day on which persons entitled to dividends are defined, as indicated in the dividends decision on dividend distribution (declaration of dividend) (see above).
If the shares are sold or otherwise transferred within a period of time for which dividends accrue, the dividend amount shall not be proportionately distributed amongst the holders of such shares.

One of the below documents, in addition to the Certificate of Inheritance and Questionnaire, must be submitted to OOO “Registrator "Garant” to enable receipt of inherited dividends distributed by PJSC LUKOIL by heirs who have joint shared property:
notarized power of attorney issued by holders of the joint shared ownership in the name of one of them, whereby the latter is entrusted to receive the amount of inherited dividends distributed as joint shared property, indicating each year of distribution of inherited dividends (Russian Civil Code, Art. 185).

You should make a respective request with the Registrar or your nominee holder.

In case if LUKOIL Club card cannot be issued by fuel station operator, the client will be provided with extensive information about the nearest place where cards are available. How can one change the details of a shareholder’s personal account (bank details, registration address, passport details)?
Changes to the personal account details are made by submitting a registered individual questionnaire (hereinafter referred to as the "Questionnaire") to OOO "Registrator "Garant" (hereinafter referred to as the Registrar), located at the following address: 8, Krasnopresnenskaya naberezhnaya, Moscow 123100 Russia,
phone: +7 (800) 500 2947 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Russia toll-free), or to transfer agents of the Registrar. The new Questionnaire may be hand-delivered to OOO "Registrator "Garant" or via an authorized representative, or if the Questionnaire has already been submitted before, by mail. Questionnaires to the Transfer Agent may only be hand-delivered or submitted via an authorized representative. The signature appearing in the Questionnaire must be affixed by the shareholder in the presence of the Registrar, transfer agent or be notarized.
In case of any changes in the full name of the registered person, the following items shall be additionally provided to the Registrar for the purposes of establishing whether the applicant's identity matches that of the person appearing in the registry:
original (must be produced) or a notarized copy of the Marriage Certificate (Certificate of Dissolution of Marriage) or Certificate of Name Change or any other document bearing proof of such changes.
In case of any changes in the document of identity, the following items shall be provided to the Registrar for the purposes of establishing whether the applicant's identity matches that of the person appearing in the registry:
passport supporting the identity of the registered person with a note to the effect of previously issued documents of identity made on the nineteenth page, or a letter of verification issued by a respective agency of the Federal Migration Service or another authorized organization to the effect that the document of identity, whose details appear in the personal account description, has been replaced with a document of identity appearing in the submitted documents. The letter of verification shall include a reference number, indicate the date of issue and bear the seal and signature of the signing officer.
Whenever the Questionnaire is submitted to the Registrar for the purposes of making changes to the personal account details via an authorized representative or by mail, such Questionnaire shall be accompanied by a notarized copy of the document of identity (passport) of the shareholder.
The questionnaire form and examples of how to fill it in, may be found on PJSC LUKOIL website under "Investor and Shareholder Center" in the "Registrar" section, or on the Registrar's website www.reggarant.ru under "Shareholder Info".
If the shareholder is unable to print out the questionnaire form from the websites of the Company or the Registrar, he/she has to write a letter to the Registrar requesting it to provide a Questionnaire Form or obtain one from the Registrar's representative office.

Pursuant to the Russian Tax Code (hereinafter referred to as the Tax Code) in accordance with the status of the beneficiary, dividends being distributed are subject to personal income tax or corporate profit tax.

Dividends distributed to individuals who are not tax residents of Russia** or foreign entities shall be subject to a tax rate of 15% as provided by the Tax Code of Russia, Article 224, clause 3 and the Tax Code of Russia, Article 284, clause 3, sub-clause 3 or tax rates established by the international double taxation agreements, to which Russia is a party.

If dividends sent per post order remain unclaimed and are returned, repeated payments of dividends shall be effected following submission to the Registrar of the postal and/or bank details (registered individual questionnaire) and their entry into PJSC LUKOIL shareholder registry. How do I pay for copies of PJSC LUKOIL documents that are submitted upon request of the shareholders or other stakeholders?
Obtaining information on the joint stock company’s activity by shareholders is regulated by Article 91 of the Federal Law “On Joint Stock Companies” which determines the list of documents that must be provided to a shareholder. Based on the article and taking into account the applicable legislative requirements , the new version of the Regulations on Provision of Information to Shareholders of the Company was approved (Minutes No.19 of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC LUKOIL, 22 November 2017). The procedure for providing copies of the Company's documents to shareholders and persons exercising their rights attached to shares, as well as to their representatives (authorized persons) is specified in clause 5 of the Regulations.

You can manage and control your LUKOIL cards through the personal office — CMS web application that you can access from any computer that meets the technical requirements. In 2021 I filed a new security holder questionnaire specifying the bank details to be used in dividend distribution. Nonetheless no dividends have been distributed to me for the year 2020.
It most likely happened because your Bank changed your bank details after you had filed your Questionnaire (the bank's name, its correspondent or settlement account, BIC, etc. could have been changed). Our recommendation is that you check the accuracy of your bank details by contacting your bank. In case of any such changes in the bank details make sure to fill out the registered person questionnaire in accordance with the established procedure: please see the answer to the question "How can one change the details of a shareholder's personal account (bank details, registration address, passport details)?".

I was registered as holder of shares on the day the list of persons entitled to dividends was made, however none have been paid to me so far.
The most probable cause is incorrect or incomplete questionnaire data (i.e. TIN, bank account details, postal address, passport details). Moreover, if your shares are being held by the nominee holder, the cause may be delayed or incomplete provision of such data to the nominee holder. In such case you should contact your nominee holder or Registrar at (+7 800) 500-29-47 or make a respective written request. Dividends distribution costs are borne by PJSC LUKOIL.
According to Terms and conditions of the program, one member can use only on card registered to their name. If the member fills several registration forms only the first one received will be processed. All the other ones will be annulled.
I have received my dividends by bank transfer, however I had to pay a bank transfer fee. Is there a way to avoid such costs?
Bank transfers are a quick and reliable way of distributing dividends. PJSC LUKOIL pays dividends to its shareholders who/that are residents of Russia without charging any transfer fee. However, please note that cash-out transactions represent specialized billable bank services, which the customer consents to at the time of making a respective bank account agreement. This service does not represent a transfer of funds and is billed to the bank's customer under the foregoing agreement, and payments for such services are beyond the issuer's mandate. In choosing your bank you should carefully study the rates and fees offered by the banks in your region and choose the bank offering the most beneficial terms.
I am shareholder of PJSC LUKOIL, however no dividends have been credited to my bank account for the year 2020. Please, explain.
Following the 2020 distribution of dividends accrued on the shares in PJSC LUKOIL (hereinafter referred to as the Company), some shareholders failed to receive the sums owed to them. The funds were credited back to the Company's accounts by the banks wherein the shareholders have their accounts, due to incorrect bank details.
The most frequent errors found in bank details include:
Incorrect number of the personal account opened with Sberbank of Russia — must be 20 characters;
Incorrect last name/first name/patronymic of the beneficiary (in case of any changes in his/her last name, the shareholder failed to give notice to this effect to the bank and/or OOO “Registrator "Garant”).
In case of any problems related to the 2018 dividends distribution, and also for the avoidance of similar problems with future distributions, please contact your bank and CHECK THE ACCURACY OF YOUR BANK DETAILS, as appropriate, in accordance with the established procedure (via OOO “Registrator "Garant”) procure that changes are made to your personal account details contained in PJSC LUKOIL shareholder registry.
Limits on types of fuel are set by each client individually in their Customer area. Alterations of limits can be performed online through the special service on the website. Also in the Customer area you will have access to other parameters for changing the limits.

Allows you to become LUKOIL Club member and start enjoying all the benefits of the Club card in a matter of minutes. Online registration is designed for those members who had received their LUKOIL Club cards but did not fill in the form, or had filled in the form but did not receive a message with confirmation.

Fill in mandatory fields, read terms and conditions and confirm your agreement. You will receive a message to phone number provided in the form with the confirmation of registration and password to your Personal area.
If any difficulties should arise in the process of registration you can always the form in PDF-format (top right corner of the "Card registration" section), fill it in and send it to the address provided in the form.
2. Registration at LUKOIL Station. Fill in the paper form (provided with the card) and hand it over to the gas station operator.
3. Registration of your Vitual card in the "AZS-locator" app. It can be downloaded free of charge from IOS and Android app stores.
To order additional Fuel cards you need to print out application form, fill it in and bring it to the service center. To get additional fuel cards, you or your representative will need to have:
Passport
Power of attorney for the receipt of material valuables (cards)
Original application for production of Fuel cards.
