Yesterday, our Foundation Team and their Mentors spent the afternoon volunteering at the Greater Cleveland Food Bank. We had a great time bonding with our teammates and supporting an amazing cause in our local community. One of my favorite days for new Foundation teams is Mentor Reveal day. Our mentor group are some of the top/most tenured reps on our sales team who are looking to gain leadership skills and experience through mentoring a new Foundation rep during their time on the team and long after in their careers. This time around, we wanted to make sure the mentor reveal was done bigger and better than ever and challenged Alex Joyner to help put this together. Alex exceeded our expectations and put together an arena scavenger hunt which ended in various club suites where our Foundation team members walked in to find their new mentors! Huge shout out to Alex for making this happen and executing at a high level. Massive shout out as well to Kailah Cassidy for the incredible video capturing the fun we had! 🚀 Exciting Recap from the Cleveland Cavaliers Ticket Sales Team! 🚀 From February through May, our team embarked on an innovative Early Bird campaign with an Escape Room twist! 🎉 Our official theme? 2024 Early Bird- Time is Running Out: Sell, Play, Escape! To drive revenue and foster teamwork, we divided our members into smaller groups for a thrilling competition. Each week, the top teams in revenue got to participate in mini-escape rooms set up in our suites. The ultimate challenge?
