As we get older we become aware of risk, and that things don’t always go our way. For the Head of Sales, the risk is multiplied. Losing a handful of ‘must win’ deals can be the difference between reaching a goal and satisfying expectations, or missing the number, causing doubt and uncertainty.

Business hates uncertainty. As a result, Deal Review Boards are put in place to check and manage deals. However, often these processes fall short of increasing understanding, getting to the true situation in a deal, or improving average win rate.
