GROHE SPA @MILAN DESIGN WEEK 2024 - EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Welcome to this special edition newsletter on Milan Design Week 2024. From 16 to 21 April, we will welcome guests and business partners from all around the world to our GROHE SPA installation in the Palazzo Reale. Adjacent to the world-famous Duomo di Milano, our premium sub-brand will invite visitors to explore immersive “Aquatecture” spaces within the former Royal Palace of Milan.
PUTTING GROHE SPA CENTER-STAGE AT PALAZZO REALE
This year, GROHE SPA will reside in the Palazzo Reale courtyard, the former Royal Palace of Milan.
Inspired by the former courtyard garden and in synergy with Milan Design Week’s theme ‘Materia Natura’ – the interplay of “matter” and “nature” – the installation thoughtfully blends nature and architecture to create immersive spaces that reflect the essence of GROHE SPA. The all-encompassing concept of "Aquatecture" was conceived by our in-house LIXIL Global Design and Brand Identity team. It pays tribute to the history of the building, interwoven with the contemporary GROHE SPA "Salus Per Aquam" concept. Carefully curated spaces echo the former garden, creating sensual areas to reflect, revitalize, and energize. We use the powerful emotional connection of nature, water and natural materials, to invite visitors to deeply experience "Salus per Aquam", health through water.
