David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, is now open for sales in the Apache Junction, AZ, community of Escena at Blossom Rock. The builder’s model home, The Woodbury, is open daily for tours.

Escena at Blossom Rock offers buyers seven floor plans in this master-planned community, ranging in size from 2,300 to 3,200 square feet of living space. Starting from the high $600s, these one-story homes feature three to six bedrooms, two to four full baths and three- to four-car garages.

The one-story model home, The Woodbury, features 3,259 square feet with four bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath and a four-car garage. The model home can be toured daily at 9811 S. Gold Stone Trail in Apache Junction, AZ, from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Sunday-Tuesday and Thursday-Saturday, and 1-6 p.m. on Wednesday.

Homeowners in Escena at Blossom Rock will enjoy more than 35 parks within the community, a district park with a pool pavilion, lakeside retreat, adventure playground, dog park and game room, an expansive trail system throughout, and a 1.5-acre lake.
