First, the used coconuts are collected and husk is harvested from them.
Second is Retting, where husk is washed the with water. It helps to improve the breaking tenacity.
Third step is Defibering, where coconut husk is crushed in a crusher to ensure maximum exposure of the husk to microbial without damaging the husk or the pith.
Final step is Finishing, where all the necessary steps are taken to make products with the coir bricks.
