My firm has been retained by a mid-sized general practice firm with a large full service patent/IP group. They have a strong growth initiative to grow their patent litigation group in their DC office (Northern, VA or NY). They have a strong IPR/Post Grant practice and they do patent and trademark litigation, just not at the level they want it to be. They are looking for a partner or group to help build or possibly lead their patent litigation section.
