My wife has a zoom account for her business. She can’t access her account because she no longer has access to the email account it was registered to. She has paid for the full year subscription. She has really struggled via all your customer service routes as you need to sign in. Can you or someone please help her? Abbie Dando Thank you

Worst customer experience ever with Zoom! I cannot log in to my account because I'm not receiving the verification code email required for access. The chatbot on their website for assistance is useless. There's no way to contact support at all (even though we have a paid subscription). You need to be logged in to access support, but I need support because I cannot log in! Absurd. I am stuck with no access to my account and no way to contact the support team. I am in a stupid rabbit hole because of their lack of customer support. I need urgent assistance to access my account.

What happened to Zoom #Whiteboard after downloading Zoom Workplace? It is very annoying to change product design without including features in previous versions, and your developers should know that some user cases, e.g., #teaching and note writing in live sessions, need the whiteboard directly integrated into the #Zoom meeting. To my surprise, my classes today were disrupted by inaccessibility. I don't see why I should use Premium without a functioning whiteboard for meetings integrated into Zoom meetings, as it was a standard, only to be requested to buy third-party whiteboard addins. That is a loss of quality.

Dear Zoom, The annual pricing of full version is too much for educational institutions. My university does not have the budget to pay for the upgraded version. My private teacher rate is not high enough to justify the upgraded zoom subscription. Is there any chance you can offer us reduced education rate? I would be very grateful. Thanks for your response..
