Embracing Purpose Beyond the Dinner Table 🍽️ Last night, I had the privilege of attending a delightful dinner hosted by my friend, Krishna Kommineni, alongside some of his friends. - Masthanaiah Veluru and Umesh Devangam What started as a casual evening of laughter and conversation soon turned into something much more meaningful when we realized we all share a common bond—our respect for Wipro and its incredible working culture. Reflecting on my journey at Wipro, I’m reminded of how deeply it has shaped both my professional and personal life. The lessons and experiences I gained there have been invaluable in defining my Personal Social Responsibility (PSR), i.e., MuliaSmarak ମୂଳିଆସ୍ମାରକ inspired by the visionary leadership of Mr. Azim Premji, Wipro’s founder and one of the world’s most revered philanthropists. Our discussions that evening went far beyond typical weekend chatter. We explored how we can leverage our shared experiences to create a positive impact on society and inspire future generations. It was a powerful reminder that true connections are built not just on shared histories, but on shared values and a collective aspiration for a better world. As I left the dinner, I was filled with the realization that our true legacy is not in what we achieve for ourselves, but in what we give back.
