It was great to be on the SEC’s 10th floor today with PIABA President Joseph Peiffer and Executive DirectorJennifer Shaw to discuss the gap between the RIA industry’s self-serving rhetoric about RIA fiduciary obligations to clients and the predatory practices many RIA’s actually employ to strip their clients of basic protections by forcing them into outrageous forced arbitration contracts.
