Hey WestJet You might want to re-think / re-write the part about Bavarian Pretzels and Linzer Cookies if you are talking about Frankfurt... I am not thinking about Taxas Barbecue if I (hopefully) visit Canda sometime either... Our beautiful city has a lot more to offer than the typical "stereotyped food"!
Diederik Pen - I understand the issue with AMFA and I am trying to get my elderly parents back home. However, I am running into a deadend loop between your website and call centre. my parents even went to airport to see if ticketing agents can help rebook but they pointed them back to website and call center. Here is compilation of the dead end loop that points to contact center from website and from contact center they point you back to website. Callback option is also not working. Hi @westjet, Thank you for washing away the joy of my vacation by cancelling our flight back home last minute without notice. The worst part? You offered us no assistance whatsoever. We were left to make arrangements for a new flight and accommodation all on our own, with absolutely no support from WestJet. After enduring 48 long hours spent navigating through airports without any help, we finally made it back home. Now, we’re spending over an hour on the phone trying to reach someone at WestJet to get reimbursed for all the unexpected expenses we had to cover. Way to ruin a vacation! If this is how you care for your clients, it's no surprise your employees went on strike. I would GREATLY appreciate being contacted by your support team to resolve this matter.

WestJet One of the worst airline in the world. Ver ver very Rude staff and charged me $269 for 3 carry onn baggage. First and last fly with this rubbish airline…. We with 2 kids and all have different seats.
Terrible customer service of WestJet, will put customers on hold for 3hrs or more, what a joke of an airline it has become.
