What A WIN …!!!! Today’s T20 win was full of emotions, hopes, memories, team spirit, and most of all a common goal …. Being your best ever to overcome the defeat from last year and SHINE! So many things to learn! 1) Rishab Pant - no set back can dampen your skill and ability. With hardwork and determination, you can be back in your game 2) Rohit Sharma- believe in yourself and your team… keep aside any differences and work as a team, encourage , support and you can bring the best in your team 3) 30 runs in 30 balls- you need to stay calm under pressure and just put your best foot forward. Keep taking one step at a time and you can move mountains! 4) one goal- each and every team member had emotions attached to this series - each one wanting to prove something, however that something was all tied to one goal! Winning the CUP 5) Efforts- from the emotions that were displayed after winning the match from even those who are reticent in public and every member who spoke, one thing that was evident was the efforts put in by each member of the squad- not only working on their skills but also on their mind. Their hardwork, their mindset prep, their thirst to win … it was so evident. The thirst to win, bouncing back from a set back with your ‘A’ game consistently in each match just shows us that each one of us can rise if we have the right mindset and the fire in us to achieve our goal!

Question: If we have enough talent in Australia for five teams why are our super rugby teams signing so many NZ and overseas players this year and still losing local talent to Japan, MLR, France, and the UK? They are all doing it and it doesn’t make sense if the argument is we have enough talent to sustain five competitive teams. Clearly we don’t if we are resorting to signing overseas players at the levels we are seeing across all the franchises. Combined across all teams we must now be close to a full 1st XV of overseas players.
📣 New Signing Announcement! 📣 We're thrilled to welcome former Māori All Blacks lock, Tom Franklin to the 2024 Western Force Squad! Read more below 👇 https://lnkd.in/g6m8Q7bR

The first race of the new Formula 1 season is now less than a week away, meaning we will soon know which teams are looking in good or bad shape for the season ahead. This year is going to be the longest-ever season in F1 history, with 24 races between now and December - so, with next week's Bahrain GP fast approaching, I thought I would attempt to predict the outlook of the 2024 world championship. Here is where I think each team will finish in 2024 and which driver will come out on top as this year's world champion. #F1 https://lnkd.in/ec9-kjBG
