From Record Labels to Serving Seniors In the Community. VillageCare held its BE Vital Virtual Lunch & Learn event for employees with our Chief Operating Officer Shaun Ruskin today. He shared his incredible journey from his early days in the music industry, working at various record labels, to entering the fitness world and authoring his own guide to fitness book. He also offered valuable advice on decision-making: 'Whenever you're making a decision, whether personally or professionally, consider all the possible outcomes, both good and bad. If you can live with the decision, then go for it.'
