2moThe state of WV is using a medical device similar to theranos called the amasse biofluid collection device that says right on it that it is not cleared or approved by the fda and should not be used for investigative or reports its only for clinical purposes. It uses the ahlstrom 226 collection paper which calls for 3 hours minimum dry time before packaging, they're using it within the judicial system for drug testing. It follows no policy and procedures of toxicology to maintain chain of custody, they put it in the package still wet within 1 min of completion. It's frauding the government because the community corrections act funds are paying for the test and report. Under the false claims act. They are using this device to steal children and place people behind bars unlawfully. I've proven the test wrong over 60 times with hair follicles. Recently a lady in Harrison County WV had 2 kids removed because of this test while pregnant after she had the baby the umbilical cord proved over 20 test to wrong. I've got emails from the fda showing its not in their premarket notification database or any of their database. Please help.
