In the subset of countries for which data are available, the loss of GDP due to low levels of socio-emotional skills by 2030 will reach US$7.4 trillion, corresponding to 19% of annual GDP. This underscores the critical importance of investing in socio-emotional skill development today. As professionals and leaders, we must drive initiatives that foster these essential skills.
